There are three main ways that we can assist in assisting you with your service request. Though not essential, we can usually assist best if you have contacted us before you drop in, though again this is not essential or required for us to offer a same day or on the spot repair.
Delivery Options
1) You can drop into our Apple Repairs and Service Centre at Tower 3, Level 24, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000 (Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm), where pre-booked we will attempt to repair your device as soon as possible. Generally iphones are under an hour, iPads are 1-3 hours, and all other systems we attempt to start same day.
2) We can arrange a courier to collect your system or mobile device and bring this safely to us, bookings before 1pm will usually be picked up and delivered same day depending upon your location. For outer regions it may me more cost effective to consider posting it in.
3) You can send the phone in yourself either by your own courier service or Australia Post using the registered postal service and we do recommend insurance on the device as well.
Please note that for items sent in or arranged by courier we have no control over delivery times therefore we cannot guarantee same day service for these items. We recommend insuring all items sent to us with adequate tracking details as well.
