Rebecca's iPhone 4 had fallen off roof of car and been run over.
Rebecca sent her iPhone 4 in for repairs via Australia Post. There was quite alot of external damage to the phone but the electronics were all okay. A FMiP technician replaced the outer casing and front glass screen, and the Home & Hold buttons. The usual three month warranty was applied.
Ben had dropped his 3G iPhone and the screen had not cracked but appeared to have a small oil like stain across it.
Ben delivered the 3G iPhone to the Surry Hills office. A new LCD was all that was required and the iPhone Repair was complete in about an hour. The 3G iPhone was left overnight to complete testing and the usual three month warranty was applied.

A Courier was arranged by FMiP and the iPhone was received with in four hours of the original damage. A FMiP technician successfully cleaned out and repaired the 2G iPhone and the usual six month warranty was applied.
