Although located only moments from the Sydney CBD, Fix My iPhone recognises that it is not always practical to be able to drop off your iPhone for repairs therefore the following delivery methods can be arranged
Australia Post
To send your iPhone in for repairs via postal service please wrap your iPhone in a good layer of bubble wrap (and preferably in the original packaging if you have it) and place in a secure parcel box fit for transport. It is also highly recommended to send the parcel via registered post so the parcel can be traced and to consider additional insurance. Please contact your local GPO for full details and to arrange delivery.
Courier
There are a number of various courier services that can deliver your iPhone for repairs in a shorter time frame than post and still at a reasonable rate. You may wish to arrange the courier yourself or contact the Fix My iPhone help desk and a courier can be arranged for you .For the Sydney metro area most courier services are completed in only a few hours from pick up.
