Delivery

iPhone Repairs can be arranged in three main ways

1) You can drop into our iPhone Repairs Service Centre at Level 1, 551 Crown St in Surry Hill, where pre-booked we will attempt to repair your iPhone as soon as possible

2) We can arrange a courier to collect your iPhone and bring this safely to us, bookings before 1pm will usually be picked up and delivered same day.

3) You can send the phone in yourself either by your own courier service or Australia Post

Please note that for items sent in or arranged by courier we have no control over delivery times therefore we cannot guarantee same day service for these items. We recommend insuring all items sent to us with adequate tracking details as well. As always we will keep you up to date with the repair process and ensure all prices and quotes are verified before work is completed.
